Roger / Mo and the rest of the Team been amazing. I bought a Porsche Macan from them and been nothing but professional and helpful at all times. Delivered vehicle when they said they would and reasonable charge as well. The driver was great. We had an issue with the transfer box but under their warranty they agreed to sort it and agreed to let our local garage do the work which they sorted invoices directly with meaning all the stress was removed from my side. I live in Birmingham so I was very careful about buying a car from that distance, after looking at some cars that were a disgrace from where i live. but prestige cars were fantastic from purchase to delivery anything I wanted from video to pictures I received of the car I was buying Roder was my main contact he was brilliant kept me up to speed all the time. This is my experience of AA Prestige Cars one day after buy a used Mercedes from them. I am not a skilled car buyer and admit to being nervous about the whole process of trading in my elderly Golf and finalising the price for our new family. Could not have gone easier. Ajo and Roger were fantastically patient with me and no pressure whatsoever. Wandered around the showroom and really amazing stock – I know where I’ll be going for our next car. Within minutes Ajo had agreed a deal with me that worked perfectly and was absolutely fair. Car collected yesterday and whole process and forms filling made utterly painless. Little touches such as respraying some scratches I hadn’t noticed and replacing a battery were all done for me before delivery. A fresh clean MOT was given and previous advisories all dealt with. Car prepared and spotlessly clean. It’s really difficult to offer a judgement or review of a team that will influence a buyer looking for a very specific car. All I can say is check out their stock first. They really are that good. At no time was I worried or anxious about dealing with them. Totally reassuring at every step. Impossible to compare or define easily, and I accept this may sound odd, but felt the same confidence as I get at John Lewis. (Strange comparison I know, but came instantly to mind.) They’ve got me as a lifetime customer for future cars and no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

Excellent customer service before and after car purchase. The car was presented exactly as shown and performed as such. Unfortunately, the car had a coolant leak after three days of ownership. I contacted AA prestige cars LTD immediately who advised I contact a local mechanic to identify the issue and report back to them. Within 18 hours of the issue being identified and a cost defined, AA Prestige cars LTD paid the full amount into my account and were completely supportive throughout the whole process. Very happy with the support and customer service. Would strongly advise to buy from this company.

I recently purchased a car from AAPrestige Cars. My experience was excellent! It took me a while to arrange Finance and the dealership were very patient and helpful pointing me in the right direction every time I hit a road block. They were not pushy from the perspective of sales or overbearing. They were honourable enough to hold the car for me without requiring a deposit (which is more than I can say for many other dealers I experienced recently!). Once I did finally arrange the finance, they moved at lightening speed to ensure the car was ready for me when I wanted it to be and they bent over backwards to make me happy. I did need to take the car back a few days later for a couple of minor issues and they were very responsive, trust worthy and have acted with great integrity. The people that especially assisted me that I would like to sincerely thank, were Roger, Mo and Shak. Huge thanks to you all! You have a customer for life!
